New Patient Intake Evaluation

During your initial appointment at Bright Star IP, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique needs fully. This evaluation is a crucial first step towards developing a personalized treatment plan to support your mental health and well-being. Short Follow Up

20-30 minutes

This appointment is for those seeking medication management follow up.

Clinical Services Between Appointments

Clinical services provided between appointments (e.g. phone calls with family members or other providers, letters or forms, transfer of records) are billed at the rate of $50 per 10 minute increment.

Off Hours Appointments

My normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, if you need an appointment outside of those hours, such as late night or weekend hours, I may be able to accommodate your request. Message me via the patient portal to request an off hours appointment. Appointments that fall outside of normal business hours will incur an “off hours fee” that will not be covered by health insurance.
